Mnemonic City è un progetto artistico che mira a rimappare creativamente le esperienze geografiche e della memoria. Il progetto è stato finora messo in scena in vari punti di Londra, Madrid e Firenze. Nel fine settimana del 21 agosto 2015, Mnemonic City sarà presente al Barbican Centre di Londra e Mnemonic City: Lisbona, si svolgerà in settembre 2015 con una serie di mostre ed eventi per tutto il mese. I partner del progetto di Londra sono Lab Film Progetti, Something Human e Open Vizor. I partner del progetto Lisbona sono Roundabout.LX, Something Human e Visual Container.

Mnemonic City è un progetto artistico che mira creativamente a ri-inquadrare la nostra esperienza di una geografia.
L'idea centrale di Mnemonic City, una città di memorie, è per gli artisti un occasione per indagare e rispondere a una location in termini di risonanza creativa ed emozionale, lavorando sia individualmente che collettivamente per presentare opere che rimappino il territorio. Ispirato da movimenti come Situazionismo e psicogeografia, ogni progetto Mnemonic città inizia con una serie di passeggiate collettive che costituiscono la base di ricerca e sviluppo di nuove opere d'arte.

Mnemonic City is an arts project which aims to creatively re-frame experiences of geography and memory. The project has to date been staged in various locations in London, Madrid and Florence. On the weekend of the 21st of August 2015, Mnemonic City will be exhibiting at the Barbican Centre in London and Mnemonic City: Lisbon will take place in September 2015 with a series of exhibitions and events throughout the month. Partners in the London project are Lab Film Projects, Something Human and Open Vizor. Partners in the Lisbon project are Roundabout.LX, Something Human and Visual Container.
